To bridge the wide gap between the rural and the urban areas, Connecting Dreams Foundation along with AIC-RMP and Keshav Srushti had organized the 2 days Ideation to Action (I2A) Workshop on December 8-9, 2018. The workshop was attended by over 70 participants from both rural and urban areas. The objective was to familiarize the participants with the issues ailing different talukas of the Palghar district, 87 km off Mumbai, Maharashtra and to inculcate leadership skills and attributes by assisting them in the solutions for the problems identified

AIC-RMP had organized the Experts’ Meet at Chanchal Smruti, Wadala on 25th March 2019. Eleven experts from various fields and the Governing Board members of AIC-RMP had participated in the discussions on the roadmap for AIC-RMP.

Four groups of startup aspirants from Dhule explored the facilities at AIC-RMP on 29th March, 2019. They presented their ideas to the executive team of AIC-RMP, followed by fruitful interactions and suggestions to take their projects to a next level.

Startups from AgriTech, EduTech sectors and winner of the Smart India Hackathon 2018 (Hardware Edition) visited AIC-RMP on 30th April 2019. Their presentations provided interesting insights into their ventures, followed by enriching discussions with the executive team.

AIC-RMP’ 2nd Experts’ Meet was held on 4th May 2019 at Uttan. Eight startups from Education, Agriculture, Healthcare and ICT (Information, Communication & Technology) fields presented their ideas to the panel of thirteen experts. The Meet provided an opportunity for the startups to connect with other entrepreneurs and the experts and the deliberations paved the way for the startup conclave to be held in the near future.

The first edition of New India Startup Conclave was held on 22nd June, 2019 at RMP- Knowledge Excellence Centre, Bhayander. Parshottam Rupala (Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Govt. of India) was the Chief Guest and Ramanan Ramanathan (Mission Director of Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog), Dimple Mehta (Mayor of Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation) and Padmashri Milind Kamble (Founder Chairman of Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry- DICCI) were the Guests of Honour present at the event. The theme of the Conclave was ‘Connect… Share… GROW’. There were three parallel tracks of presentations by startups from Agriculture, Information, Communication & Technology (Education, Healthcare) and Social Enterprises. The event received an overwhelming response with more than 250 participants attending the conclave as startups, experts, delegates, students as well as representatives of the press.

AIC-RMP had organised a visit to Saguna Baug as a part of कृषी‌ संवेदना – Series १, an Agro Tourism Farm located at Neral in Maharashtra. Twelve agripreneurs, startps, farmers and changemakers from Mumbai, Jawhar, Pune, Navi Mumbai involved in rural livelihood were invited and got the opportunity to interact with Chandrashekhar Bhadsavle, the pioneer in Agrotourism.

The 3rd Experts’ Meet was held at Chanchal Smruti, Wadala on 10th August, 2019. AIC-RMP’s Governing Board Members, Experts & Mentors participated in this Meet and had a fruitful discussion over the plans for the Incubator, while feedback & valuable inputs on the way forward.

Under ‘Social Impact Challenge’, Connecting Dreams Foundation (CDF) in collaboration with AIC-RMP had organized two-days Bootcamp at RMP, Bhayandar. 75 college students and entrepreneurs from 15 rural enterprises had participated in this flagship program to collaborate for the growth of these micro-enterprises from Palghar district.

AIC-RMP had organized two-day residential Bootcamp at the launch of the Incubation Programme for the 1st Cohort of Startups on 4th-5th October, 2019. Dr. Ravindra Kulkarni (Pro Vice Chancellor, University of Mumbai) was the Chief Guest and Prof. Kannan from IIT-Bombay & Suresh Bhageria (Chairman, Bhageria Industries Ltd.) were the Guest of Honour at the occasion. The august gathering of 70+ included mentors, experts, partners (academic, eco-system, corporate, programme), special invitees, guests and startups. R. Ramanan (Mission Director, Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog) virtually addressed & welcomed AIC-RMP startups into the first cohort. The bootcamp had three learning sessions- ‘HappyPreneur’ by Arun Sehgal (Chairman & Managing Director, Chempro Pharma), ‘Basics of Finance’ by Dr. CA Sapna Malya and a session on Legal & Compliances by Anita Nair (Company Secretary, Lawyer, Regional Head- R & A Associates, Samisti Legal).

Vibhor Garg (Co-Founder, Supermark Agency) conducted a workshop on Social Media for the 1st Cohort of AIC-RMP incubatees on 20th January, 2020 at Millennial Pod - The Work Lounge, Andheri. The occasion also marked the 1st Anniversary of the Incubator. Jai Mrug (Director, AIC-RMP) and Shashank Randev (Founder VC, 100X.VC & AIC-RMP Mentor) also joined the Anniversary Celebration along with the startup incubatees.

AIC-RMP had organized New India Startup Conclave 2.0 on 8th February, 2020 at Club W Ballroom, The World Towers, Lower Parel, Mumbai themed around ‘Transformation Aspirational Districts’ by Grassroot Technology Startups. The conclave was graced by Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey (Hon'ble Minister of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India) as the Chief Guest along with Amit Raje (Managing Director, Goldman Sachs) and Santosh Mandlecha (President, Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture- MACCIA) as the Guest of honour. The Conclave 2.0 had a Panel Discussion chaired by Rama Kamaraju (Senior Consultant, NITI Aayog) where R. Vimala (I.A.S), CEO - Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission, Abhay Mahajan (I.A.S), Deputy Secretary & Project Director, Water Supply and Sanitation Department, Govt. of Maharashtra, Dr. Vijay Kandewad, Joint Director (Tech), National Health Mission, Maharashtra State shared their work & encouraged the Startups. Deependra Singh Kushwah (I.A.S), Commissioner, Skill development, Employment & Entrepreneurship, Maharashtra State also addressed the startups.

AIC-RMP organized One day workshop on Business Communication for 1st Cohort Incubatees on 26thFebruary 2020. V C Karthic (Founder, BuzzWorks Business Services) was the resource person.

AIC- RMP organized a virtual workshop on how to manage & sustain your business while working from home during the lockdown. A total of 15 participants attended the workshop. Dr. Prasanth Nair (Co-Founder, Asynithis (Indus Partner) guided the startups.

The Orientation on SolidWorks was held on 2nd April 2020 with the aim of making startups aware of SolidWorks software & partnership for a year with AIC-RMP. In this workshop Abhishek Chaudhary gave Orientation about the software & guidance on how to use it.

AIC-RMP organized an online workshop on Business Communication on 4th April 2020. V C Karthic (Founder, BuzzWorks Business Services) was the resource person & 12 startups participated in this workshop.

AIC-RMP organized an online learning session on ‘Disruption: A Start-up response’ by Pankaj Prakash (Founder & CEO, Happa Foods & AIC – RMP Mentor). Total 12 participants attended this virtual session.

An orientation session for Cohort-2 startup applicants was held on 18th April & 16th May 2020. The event was attended by 8 startups on 18th April & 25 startups on 16th May.

Smartup- A smart solution for startup, in this online session Pallavi Parab (Deputy VC, Startup Division, HDFC), & Plazee Dubey (Startup Analyst, HDFC) addressed the participants.

Workshop on Tech support for Startups conducted by Anand Joshi (Co-Founder, DashaKrit Technologies d10x), Nitin Bhide (Co-Founder, DashaKrit Technologies d10x), & Surendra Bardia (Co-founders, D10x). 9 startups participated in this online session.

It was great to have Dr. Rajeev Roy (Professor of Entrepreneurship at XLRI & CEO, XCEED Incubator - XLRI) during Online Knowledge series addressing 1st cohort on 9th May 2020. A total of 16 participants participated in this session.

It was a privilege to have R. Vimala (CEO, Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission) giving valuable insights into MSRLM' work & social impact followed by fruitful interactions with startups from 1st Cohort working on rural -livelihood & rural based innovative solutions.

AIC – RMP launched Foundation Programme (online) for Budding Entrepreneurs. Over 25 applications were received from across 9 states of India. Total of 15 applicants were shortlisted & given the opportunity to participate in this Programme. Vikas Bhatia (Managing Director, Rieco Industries Limited) conducted a series of 3 sessions on Entrepreneurial Leadership on 13th June, 4th July & 24th July 2020 & gave detailed guidance to startups on ‘Entrepreneurial Leadership

After the successful completion of Inaugural Batch I in June 2020, AIC-RMP launched the 2nd Batch of "Foundation Programme (Online) for budding entrepreneurs” A total of 20 participants attended this programme. A 3 – days virtual Biz – Tech Bootcamp for AL, ML startups from 30th July – 1st August 2020 was conducted by AIC-RMP in collaboration with MathWorks, the U.S- based developer of software for scientists & engineers. The bootcamp was aimed at equipping young entrepreneurs with the fundamentals of business & technical tools to lead successful startups during challenging times. Biz – Tech Bootcamp received 25 registration from 15 cities across 8 states.

AIC - RMP conducted a series of 2 sessions on HR & Team Building on 25th August & 5th September 2020. In both of these sessions Dr. Prasanth Nair (Co-Founder, Asynithis (Indus Partner) & Prasad Rajappan (CEO, ZingHR) addressed AIC-RMP 1st Cohort Incubatees.

Faculty Development Programme was organized with active participation of Senior Faculties from over 5 states & 12 cities of India. Dr. Radha Iyer (Professor, K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research), Dr. Rushi Anandan (Faculty, Strategy & Entrepreneurship, K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research), Dr. Sapna Malya (Faculty, S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research), Vikrant Potnis (Director, Fortemogna Advisors & Founder, Fundenable), Dr. Hasina Sayed (Assoc. Prof & HOD- Commerce at Jai Hind College) were the facilitators & Dr. Mohit Gambhir (Innovation Director, Ministry of Education Innovation Cell, Govt. of India) was invited as the Guest of Honor.

Conducted a series of 5 sessions by Wadhwani VFT team, the 1st & 2nd sessions were held on 14th October & 11th November 2020, 3rd, 4th & 5th session was held on 13th January, 31st March 2021 & 28th April 2021 resp. Rishabh Gill (Fellow VFT, Wadhwani Foundation) & Naved A. (Programme Lead, VFT Launch Programme) were the facilitators for these sessions.

A series of Four (4) sessions on Demystifying Entrepreneurial Finance were organized. In the first three sessions, Farzan Ghadially (Senator India, World Business Angels Investment Forum) gave detailed guidance to the participants. In the last session, a fire-side chat was arranged with Hiren Ghelani (Director, Prime Fresh Ltd).

The session was organized on 4th November 2020 with the aim of providing information to the Incubatees, about Startup India platform: Initiatives & Offerings. Swani Ramchandani was the speaker of the programme. Total 23 participants attended this online session.

Shrirang Tambe ( Founder & CEO, Origa Lease Finance Pvt. Ltd.) conducted engaging & insightful Master Class (a series of 2 sessions) on the topic 'Fundamentals of Startup Finance ' and ‘Right Capital for Right Purpose’ for AIC – RMP Incubatees on 25th & 28th November 2020.

Rajesh Pandit gave brilliant insights on Fundamentals of Go-To-Market approach to be used by early stage startups based on his rich Industry experience & being advisor to startups. The session was held on 19th December 2020 & it was attended by 15 founders from Cohort-1 & 2.

A course on 'Creative Entrepreneurship' was organized for the students of NMIMS School of Design Students. 23 students participated in this course. A workshop on Digital Marketing was held on the occasion of the 2ndanniversary of AIC-RMP. Tamanna Gupta of Umanshi Marketing gave detailed information on how to use Google to drive sales & marketing. 26 participants attended this workshop.

Building a strong Community is AIC-RMP’s motto & it was wonderful to host a Residential Programme with the theme growing together as a Community wherein startups from Cohort 1 & 2 participated enthusiastically. Thanks to Vikas Bhatia (Managing Director, RIECO Industries Limited) for being the lead facilitator during these two days. We also invited few of the experts, mentors & partners from our network on the 2nd day as it was a great networking opportunity for all. 24 startups were involved in this residential programme.

Design thinking enables organizations to create lasting value for customers & the stakeholders. Surendra Vaidya (Founder & CEO the Digital Wisdom) guided Cohort-1 & Cohort-2 startups on the design thinking process along with few tools, tips & tricks. 7 startups from both the cohorts participated in this exclusive session.

AIC – RMP organized "Interaction with AIC-RMP Expert- R & A Associates (Samisti Legal Team) on 26th March 2021. Prashant Jain (Samisti Legal Team) gave detailed information on Fundamentals of Equity, Dilution, Valuation, and Funding Process & Legal Contracts.

Saarathi- Enabling Startup Mentors online Programme equipped the mentors with the requisite listening, questioning & guiding skills for effective & impactful mentoring. Over 20 applications were received from across India & 12 applicants participated in this programme. The programme had one panel discussion & 3 sessions conceptualized by entrepreneurship educators, mentors & practicing entrepreneurs from the start – up ecosystem. 18 Incubatees participated from both the Cohorts attended this session. AIC-RMP mentors Vivek Tikoo (Co – Founder, Director, Cnergyis Infotech India), Dr. Prasanth Nair (Co – Founder, Asynithis – Indus Partner), Sameer Joshi (Founding Partner, Sam & Andy) & Anindya Ghosh (Founding Partner, Sam & Andy) guided the participants.

AIC – RMP organized a Three Days (Five hours of live sessions) workshop “On- track: Guided Sessions for Startup Founders”. The start – up founders & entrepreneurs got the guidance to take their businesses to the next level. Applications were received from 33 cities covering 14 states. Bhushan Gajaria (Founder, Beehive Capital Advisors) & Samkit Shah (Founder, Aligned Pillars) were the knowledge partners & resource persons.

AIC - RMP Mentors Sameer Joshi (Founding Partner Sam & Andy) & Anindya Ghosh (Founding Partner Sam & Andy) guided the participants on branding & marketing. 15 startups from Cohort-1 & Cohort-2 participated in this two-day workshop.

Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering & Technology, Nanded, Maharashtra & MAGIC, Aurangabad, Jointly organized a seminar on "Faculty Role as a Mentor & the Steps for Setting up Innovation & Incubation Centres at Academic Institutions" on 20th July 2021. More than 100 participants attended this online session. Uday Wankawala (CEO, AIC - RMP) guided the participants in this programme.

A Two-days residential mentorship session was organized on 26th & 27th July 2021 for Cohort 1 & 2 Incubatees at the campus. Arvind Rege (Member, Managing Committee – RMP & mentor at AIC - RMP) & Uday Wankawala (CEO, AIC - RMP) addressed these Incubatees during this exclusive session.

An Induction Ceremony for the Incubatees in Cohort 2 was held on 8th August, 2020. AIC-RMP’s Incubation Programme was launched for the Start-Ups of the 2nd Cohort. The Induction Ceremony was graced by Shri R. Ramanan (Mission Director, AIM – NITI Aayog) & the Governing Board of AIC-RMP – Shri Arvind Rege (Member, Managing Committee, RMP), Shri Ravindra Sathe (Director, AIC – RMP Foundation & Director General, RMP), Shri Jai Mrug (Director, AIC – RMP Foundation & Founder, CEO, M76 Analytics) & Shri Kirit Bhansali (Director, AIC – RMP Foundation & Chairman, Indian Institute of Gems & Jewelry).

An Online Panel Discussion was conducted on the 13th of August, 2020 on the topic ‘Faculty Role in Introducing Entrepreneurship Curriculum at Academic Campuses’. The Online Panel Discussion received an overwhelming response with participants from 22 States in India & 3 Countries. Dr. Haseena Sayed (Assoc. Professor & HOD- Commerce at Jai Hind College), Prof. Manisha Phadke (Founding Director, School of Design, NMIMS) & Prof. Satyajit Mujumdar (Professor at Tata Institute of Social Sciences) were on the panel for this discussion. They talked about how faculty should play the role of mentors & facilitators to motivate students & introduce a structured curriculum with experiential approach which would work well with the student community.

A special ‘Meet & Greet Session’ was organized for the Incubatees of the 2nd Cohort. A total of 50 Participants including 28 Start-Up Founders from Cohorts 1 & 2, along with mentors & partners, attended this session. Prof. Milind Atrey, Dean (Research and Development) at IIT Bombay shared his insights on the ‘Importance of Mentoring’.

AIC-RMP & Origiin IP Solutions LLP jointly organized a Panel Discussion on ‘Insights into Innovation & IP Strategies’. There were 25 participants in this event which was held on the 22nd of September, 2020. Bindu Sharma (Founder – CEO, Origiin IP Solutions LLP) was the moderator for this discussion while V Raghu Ram (Senior Advisor, Origiin IP Solution LLP), Shivakumar Nagarajan (Founder, Bionic Yantra), Dr. Murali Mohan (Founder, Radarc Medical Innovations) & Arun Iyer (Innovation Evangelist & Consultant) were the panelists.

AIC-RMP launched a strategic initiative with Wadhwani Foundation on the 25th of September, 2020. Mr. Ajay Batra (Executive Vice President of Wadhwani Venture Fastrack) addressed 25 Incubatees of Atal Incubation Centre of Rambhau Mhalgi Prabhodini, who participated in this event.

A lecture on ‘Sustainable MSME’s through Capacity Building’ was organized on the 22nd of October, 2020. 10 Participants took part in this online event. Satish Marathe (Founder Member of Sahakar Bharati & Director of Central Board, Reserve Bank of India) was the keynote speaker.

A session on ‘Understanding Critical Difference between ‘Need’ & ‘Opportunity’’ was organized on the 9th of December, 2020. The interactive session by Prof. Ashwin Mahalingam (Faculty, IIT Madras) for Start-Up Founders was attended by participants from 3 Countries, 13 States & 30 Cities.

A Roundtable on ‘The Evolving Role of Incubators / Accelerators in Fostering Start-Up Ecosystem’ was jointly organized by AIC-RMP & Mathworks on the 18th of December, 2020. A total of 35 Participants attended the Roundtable. Uday Wankawala (CEO, AIC-RMP) was the moderator for the roundtable. The panel included Ramanan Ramanathan (Mission Director, Atal Innovation Mission), Ashok Chandavarkar (Director, Strategic Initiatives, Intel), Kritika Murugesan (Director, NASSCOM 10,000 Start-Ups), Nikhil Agarwal (CEO, Innovation & Incubation Centre, IIT Kanpur), Souad Tenfiche-Ancelle (CEO, NUMA) and Sanjay Gopinath (Head of Marketing & Communications, Accelerator Program, MathWorks India).

The Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (MACCIA) along with AIC-RMP, jointly organized the MACCIA ‘Inspire’ Series on the 8th of January, 2021. ‘Interaction with Entrepreneurs Solving REAL Problems’ was the theme for this session. A total of 35 entrepreneurs registered for this programme. Santosh Mandlecha (President, Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture), Uday Wankawala (CEO, AIC-RMP) & Krishikesh Khairnair (2nd Cohort Incubatee, AIC-RMP) were the speakers for this session.

The COVID Pandemic affected all businesses around the globe, especially the small and emerging businesses & Start-Ups in particular. To guide them through these tough times, AIC-RMP organized a Panel Discussion on ‘How to Navigate Your Business During Challenging Times’. Bhushan Gajaria (Founder, Beehive Capital Advisors) & Samkit Shah (Founder – CEO, Aligned Pillars) were the panelists for this session moderated by Uday Wankawala (CEO, AIC-RMP).

The E-Inauguration Programme of AgriGate India by Global Parli, powered by AIC-RMP was held on 2nd July, 2021. It was a privilege to have Dr. Rajiv Kumar (Vice Chairman, NITI Aayog) as the Chief Guest for this event along with Dr. Chintan Vaishnav (Mission Director, Atal Innovation Mission). Other Honored Guests included Sushil Jiwarajka (Chairman – Advisory Board, Global Parli) and Mayank Gandhi (Founder, Global Parli).

AIC-RMP conducted an Orientation Session for Cohort 3 Start-Up Applicants. They were briefed about the AIC-RMP Incubation Centre, Incubation Offerings, further Screening Process & Timelines. The Orientation Session was attended by 50+ Start up founders from across the country.

On the 27th of July, 2021, an Interactive Session was organized with R. Ramanan [Former (First) Mission Director, AIM, NITI Aayog] for the Incubatee Start-Ups of Cohort 1 & 2. A total of 20 Incubatees from Cohort 1 & Cohort 2 got a chance to connect & interact with R. Ramanan.

An Orientation Session for the AGRIgate Accelerator Programme and an Open House with the core team was held on the 15 th of August, 2021. Jinesh Shah (Co-Founder & Managing Parnter, Omnivore), Mayank Gandhi (Founder, Global Parli), Sushil Jiwarajka (Chairman – Advisory Board, Global Parli) & Uday Wankawala (CEO, AIC-RMP) were the keynote speakers at this event. There were 42 Participants in this Orientation Session.

Omkar Pandharkame & Ketaki Ogale, the Founders of BHyve, an Incubatee from Cohort 2 conducted a session on the 21 st & 28 th of August, 2021. They shared their experiences on Fund Raising & gave guidance to the Participants. 21 Start-Ups from Cohorts 1 & 2 participated in this session.

An introductory session for the Start-Ups of Cohort-3, was organised in the 4 th of September, 2021. 40 Participants from 13 Start-Ups attended this session. Uday Wankawala (CEO, AIC- RMP) & Farzan Ghadially (Senator India, World Business Angels Investment Forum) guided the participants.

Prof. Arun Sehgal (Chairman & Managing Director, Chempro Pharma Pvt. Ltd.) was invited to take a Workshop on Business Model Canvas for the Incubatees of Cohort 3 on the 24th of September, 2021. 17 Participants attended this Workshop.

A Mentor Development Programme was jointly organised the ‘Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST)’ and AIC-RMP on the 29th of September, 2021. 22 Participants attended this programme. They were guided by Uday Wankawala (CEO, AIC-RMP) & Ramesh C Khadanga (Senior Mentor, BYST).

A session on ‘Social Lean Canvas Model with Major Focus on Strategic Social Impact by Social Enterprises’ was organized on the 14th of October, 2021. Prof. Satyajit Majumdar guided a total of 17 Participants from the Start-Ups of Cohort-3.

A session on the ‘Business Importance of Website & Application Monitoring for Start-Ups’ was taken by Rajalakshmi Srinivasan (Director – Product Management, ZOHO Corp) on the 22nd of October, 2021. The session was attended by 21 Participants.

Surendra Vaidya (Director, The Digital Wisdom) conducted an informative & interactive session on ‘Adopt Just This 1 Practice to Increase the Chances of Your Success' for Incubatees of the 3rd Cohort on the 29th of October, 2021. He spoke about the ‘Importance of Assumptions for a Start-Up’ & how crucial it is to get them right. This session was attended by 15 participants.

A Workshop Series on ‘Product Market Fit’ was organized for the Cohort 3 Incubatees. On 29th October, 2021, Surendra Vaidya (Director, The Digital Wisdom) conducted the session. The workshop was continued on 17th November, 2021 where he was joined by Omkar Pandharkame (Founder, BHyve) where both of them guided the 12 Participants that took part in this virtual session

A Two-Day Residential Workshop on Financial Modelling was organized for the Start-Ups of Cohort 2 & 3. 18 Participants took part in this session. Farzan Ghadially (Senator India, World Business Angels Investment Forum) was the lead facilitator for the session. Topics like Accounting Basics, Valuation, Ratios & Analysis were covered in this interactive session. We also had Anita Nair (Branch Head, Mumbai at Samisti Legal, R & A Associates) who gave an orientation on Basic Legal Compliances for Start-Ups.

On the 17th & 18th of December, 2021, an Exclusive Mentoring Session under the Fast-Track Programme was organized for the team of BHyve (Cohort 2 Start-Up). Arvind Rege (Member, Managing Committee – RMP) addressed the BHyve Team in this Session.

A Two Part Session on ‘Orientation to Entrepreneurship’ was organized for the Creative Entrepreneurs of NMIMS School of Design on 29th November & 1st December, 2021. 24 Students participate in this session. They were guided by Uday Wankawala (CEO, AIC-RMP).

The NMIMS School of Design, Vile Parle, Mumbai launched a Creative Entrepreneurship Module for 24 of their Students which would be conducted between November 28th, 2021 - January 22nd, 2022. Uday Wankawala (CEO, AIC-RMP) conducted an ‘Orientation to Entrepreneurship’ Session on 29th November & 1st December. 2021. He is the lead faculty along with other prominent AIC-RMP mentors who will be facilitating various sessions on topics like Business Model, Entrepreneurial Finance, pitching etc.

AIC- RMP has successfully concluded a two day residential bootcamp on - “Entrepreneurship & Value Proposition”, facilitated by Vivek Tikoo - Director – Strategy & Business, ZingHR. The workshop was attended by 15 Founders representing 10 Startups. It was a reflection session for the incubatees to revamp and focus the offering on the customer & more specifically on the unique value proposition.

AIC- RMP conducted ‘Mentors Meet- Roundtable for Startup Mentors’ at The Lodha Park, on, 25th March 2022. We witnessed active participation from 35 esteemed delegates consisting of mentors from AIC-RMP mentor pool & few special invitees. We also had the privilege of having AIC-RMP Governing Board members- Mangal Prabhat Lodha & Jai Mrug along with senior mentor & RMP Managing Committee member, Arvind Rege during this Roundtable. The objective of the Roundtable was to share AIC-RMP Report card (2019 till date) & its impact in order to receive critical feedback from the mentors.

AIC-RMP organized a brainstorming session on capacity building on November 19, 2022. The purpose of the brainstorming session was to develop competencies and skills that can make incubators more effective, sustainable to promote entrepreneurship and innovation by developing entrepreneurial resources. The session had three-pronged agenda 1. AIC-RMP to act as a Regional Hub & work towards helping other Incubators from the Maharashtra State Innovation Society (MSINS) Eco-system 2. Catering to the needs of Incubators, startups, mentors & Innovators from Rural Maharashtra with local language training modules & SOPs 3. Offer specific programmes & courses for other Incubators, budding entrepreneurs, etc.

AIC-RMP through its BRIDGE series for stakeholders of innovation brought together Manuj Jindal; CEO, Zila Parishad Thane District, Maharashtra who joined as the Chief Guest and Marie Louise Pollmann- Larsen; Project Manager/ Chief Consultant at DTU Skylab as the Guest of Honour with the Governing board of AIC-RMP consisting of Ravindra Sathe; Director AIC-RMP, Shri Arvind Rege; Treasurer RMP and Uday Wankawala; CEO AIC-RMP alongwith mentors Dipesh Mohile; Managing Partner, IIA Ventures and Tarun Mapara; Senior Consultant. The main purpose of the programme was to strengthen cooperation, address global ideas, opportunities, and challenges, and move towards strategic partnerships forging a sustainable future. In order to jointly work towards promoting innovation and entrepreneurship amongst aspiring entrepreneurs through impactful ‘The BRIDGE alliance was truly progressive from various angles with a focus on innovation across multiple sectors.

AIC-RMP organized an Advanced Programme on Entrepreneurial Finance by Dr. Farzan Ghadially, Financial advisor & Mentor at AIC-RMP. This was an accelerated program designed to help founders master the necessary financial skills to remain at the leading edge, deepen the expertise with financial models and business valuation techniques.

An orientation session was organized on, ‘Budding Entrepreneurs’ where our mentor Dipesh Mohile, Managing Partner; IIA Ventures addressed more than 35 student participants from our academic partners instilling in them an entrepreneurial mind-set. AIC-RMP 3rd Cohort Incubatee Archit Lohiya also shared his journey about running two startups CareerTopper.com & WealthVidya. AIC-RMP CEO Uday Wankawala encouraged the youth to be the Job Creators than Job seekers. This session was facilitated by AIC-RMP team members Debashree Mandal, Srishti Chhatwal & Rocky Chore with support from Priyanka Patil.

AIC-RMP organized a session on ‘HappyPreneurs’ by Arun Sehgal; Chairman & Managing Director at Chempro Pharma Pvt. Ltd., Coach and Mentor a global business leader for our आरंभ incubatees. He shared valuable life lessons around innovation, business and wealth creation in the market segment that has helped create global leadership in his business across 52 countries. He also shared that the most crucial stage lies in being its very roots and magic mantra for a happy life.

AIC-RMP organised a Residential bootcamp on branding and marketing by Mentors Sameer Joshi and Anindya Ghosh. It was a practical session designed for founders to determine focus, clarity, connecting belief, behavior & brand to business Thought-Through Instigation. The founders were able to SIMPLIFY the pitch around the Brand through experiential approach.

Shri Rohit Gupta; Program Director NITI Aayog and Ashish Pandey; Young Professional at AIM; Atal Innovation Mission visited AIC-RMP during 2nd week of January 2023. The discussion was about the way forward on how to foster sustainability for the Incubator while creating a supportive ecosystem for start-ups and entrepreneurs in India. They appreciated our World class Infrastructure / facilities & also interacted with Incubated startups by providing valuable insights. AIC-RMP celebrated (virtually) 4th Anniversary on 20th January, 2023. We had Jai Mrug, Director AIC-RMP sharing about how AIC-RMP started with just a leap of faith having a vision to empower the startups with the philosophy of Nation Building and catalyzing innovation. Interactive Session on Incubation and Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS) opportunity Atal Incubation Centre- Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini An interactive session was held for startup founders on 'Incubation and SISFS Funding opportunity' on February 10th, 2023. The session helped the founders know in detail the process of assisting entrepreneurs to accelerate their ideas/startups, access to targeted resources, and funding under AIC-RMP Incubation. Our Mentor CS Anita Niar; who heads the Mumbai branch of R & A, took an online session on legal, compliances, and fundamentals for startups which were very informative for the founders.

organized a one-day seminar on CSR grant writing to enable a better understanding on #CSR perspectives. The facilitators Upendra Sontakke and Amol Unde shared tools with the founders on how to achieve the CSR programme goal, discussed #grant proposal, its design and case-based project preparation. The key objective was to enable startups with understanding on CSR perspective in grant writing. We are glad that the Founders of Accrescent Global Services which is an expert organization that aim at implementing corporate social responsibility and sustainable development for systemic and qualitative changes in India delivered this seminar. They offers innovative solutions to the challenges of CSR and sustainability management.

An interactive session was held for startup founders on 'Incubation and SISFS Funding opportunity' on March 10th, 2023. The session helped the founders know in detail the process of assisting entrepreneurs to accelerate their ideas / startups, access to targeted resources and funding under AIC-RMP Incubation. Our Mentor Pradeep Malu talked on entrepreneurs journey & explained 5Ps (product, price, promotion place, people) to startups which was very informative to the founders.

The children & youth are the future of India and they can solve any problems with innovation, creative minds & the right attitude with team spirit. AIC-RMP team organised 'Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme' in association with CARE India Foundation for girl’s students in the age group of 13 to 15 years. These kids actively participated in the activities, made presentations followed by experience sharing session by startup Founders. Thank you CARE India for facilitating this and Founder of Ennoble & ThatMate for sharing entrepreneurial journey.

On March 24th, 2023 conducted its workshop on 'Leadership and HR' During the course of the workshop Mentor Vikas Bhatia; MD RIECO Industries Limited on a 1:1 basis walked down founders developing good leadership practices within the organisation creating experiential learning landscape integrating Leadership and AI using ChatGPT to solve real life problems as founders may face. This session helped founders unlock what holds them back and experience leadership skills that help them lead in the age of Chat GPT which could act as your biggest business asset and testimony in their leadership legacy.

AIC-RMP in collaboration with Tilak Education Society's SK College of Science and Commerce under campus' Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) organised a webinar on April 3, 2023 on 'Business Model Canvas.' It aimed to provide students with a deep understanding of the Business Model Canvas, a strategic management tool used to develop and document new or existing business models.

We had an exciting session under the StartpX20 initiative conducted by Rikesh Gurung, President of the Bhutan Association of Entrepreneurs - BAEyul addressing the participants about the Startup Ecosystem & Collaboration dynamics. He shared insights on how startups can leverage the power of collaboration to accelerate their growth and also discussed the latest trends in entrepreneurship across borders. It was followed by an interactive session with Paramita Santra who showcased Swipe Offerings which are specifically designed to meet the needs of startups enrolled under AIC-RMP program.

Dr. Farzan Ghadially's session on "Surviving the Funding Winter for Startups in India" was a great insight into navigating challenging funding environment. Startups need to focus on achieving profitability, conserve cash, and explore alternative funding sources. Government support and startup ecosystem resources can provide startups with the capital and mentorship they need to survive and thrive.

AIC-RMP organized a workshop on Social Media conducted by Anand Ingle (Partner, Umanshi Marketing) and Tamanna Gupta (Founder, Umanshi Marketing) that Focusses on Marketing Startups & SMEs. The workshop covered content strategies, customer segmentation, channel mapping, and generating high-quality leads. We are thrilled to share the success of Paathshaala Series 1 National Incubators Conclave (NIC) in association with 100X.VC This incredible conclave brought together 18 incubators from 10 states and 16 cities, with a common goal of providing valuable insights for Incubators which are scouting for right startups & wanting to disburse funds through a robust mechanism. Throughout the conclave, participants gained deeper insights into attracting and effectively managing startups, empowering CEOs and managers with valuable strategies for their startup ecosystems led by 100x.VC team, Shashank Randev and Vatsal Kanakiya. It was a pleasure hosting a Virtual Startup20Sabha in association with FundEnable (Program Partner) & The StepUp Ventures 10000StartupsIndia (Eco-system Partners) on May27th. A workshop on ' Startup Basics & Govt. Funding Opportunities for Women Entrepreneurs' was held on 30th June, 2023 at Sane Guruji Vidyalaya, Dadar, Mumbai for Aamhi Udhyogini members. This collaboration between Aamhi Udyogini Pratishthan and AIC-RMP aims to empower women entrepreneurs by equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and support to succeed in their entrepreneurial journey. It offers a platform for women to learn, connect, and access funding opportunities, ultimately contributing to the growth of women-led startups in India.

TGC Technologies (1st Cohort Graduated Startup) Strategy Meet was held on 13th-15th July, 2023 at AIC-RMP Uttan Campus. Arvind Rege (Trustee, RMP) took sessions on Business Process Re-engineering and Spirituality at workplace during this meet. Entrepreneurs Felicitation Program hosted by Confederation of All Traders in collaboration with Swavalambi Bharat Abhiyan on 4th August 2023 at National Stock Exchange Building, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai. During the program, challenges and solutions for achieving complete employment in India were discussed. AIC-RMP Governing Board and Investment Committee Members Meeting was held on 26th August, 2023 at RMP Uttan, Bhayander Campus. The discussions and presentations provided valuable insights into the organization's financial health, investment strategies, and risk management practices. The strategic planning session set the stage for the future growth and success of AIC-RMP, where 10 (9 offline & 1 online) Governing Board & Investment Committee members were present.

Residential workshop on ART OF PITCHING' hosted at AIC-RMP, Uttan Campus on 29th-30th August was a transformative experience. It was led by expert & our mentor, V C Karthic, Founder of Buzzworks Business Services. With 10 startups and 13 visionary founders participating, the workshop aimed to elevate pitching skills of our startups / Incubatees. It covered topics ranging from art of persuasive communication and achieving pitching excellence.

The successful completion of the "Idea Validation Workshop" which was held at KES Shroff College on September 25, 2023. This workshop was a collaborative effort between AIC-RMP and KES Shroff College, aimed at fostering innovation and entrepreneurship amongst the students. The workshop featured insightful presentation by Pradeep Malu (Mentor of Change, NITI Aayog; ESG Professional; Startup & Business Mentor; Corporate Governance Professional). His talk provided valuable insights into the process of ideation and how to validate business concepts effectively.

Atal Incubation Centre- Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini jointly organized (in association with the host Institute Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini) a very unique leadership workshop for the Young Writers which was facilitated by experts, leaders from this field & arranged by RMP & organizing team Sumeet Mehta Madhavi Bhuta Mita Nath Bora. The agenda of the workshop was to inculcate writing skills, Research writing, Story boarding elements & providing them exposure to startup eco-system, World of blogging, social media and insights about ‘being an author’.

Uday Wankawala, CEO of AIC-RMP, delivered an exclusive session on 'Art of Pitching' to share his valuable insights with the 3rd-year students of NMIMS School of Design as a part of their ‘Creative Entrepreneurship’ Module which was started in the year 2017-18.

Exploring the realm of collaboration possibilities with PREC, Loni authorities. We hosted brightest minds from the academic and industry to discuss and explore potential collaborations that can pave the way for innovation at the grassroot level.

The AIC-RMP Residential Faculty Development Programme on Innovation & Entrepreneurship was successfully conducted on January 5th and 6th, 2024. The workshop aimed to equip faculty members with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster innovation and entrepreneurship among students. The knowledge and insights gained from the programme will undoubtedly empower faculty members to inspire and mentor the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs. Guest Speaker: Dr. Faruk Kazi (Dean of Research & Development & Consultancy, VJTI), a renowned expert in the field, shared his expertise and experiences, enriching the participants' understanding of the subject.

The Conclave hosted by Atal Incubation Centre- Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini (AIC-RMP) on National Startup Day (16th January, 2024) at CIDCO Convention Centre, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The event, graced by esteemed dignitaries and thought leaders, was a celebration of innovation and entrepreneurship. Presiding over the Conclave was Dr. Vinay Sahasrabuddhe (Vice Chairman, RMP), with Chief Guest Shri Mangal Prabhat Lodha (Minister of Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Govt. of Maharashtra) among the distinguished guests. Shri BVJK Sharma (CEO, NMIAL), Shri Satish Nikam (President, NMCF), Shri Ganesh Naik (MLA, Airoli), Shri Jai Mrug (Director, AIC-RMP), and Mandatai Mhatre (MLA, Belapur) also graced the occasion.

On January 20th, 2024, Atal Incubation Centre - Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini (AIC-RMP), in collaboration with host institute Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini and Rashtriya Kala Manch, jointly organized the "प्रतिभा संगम विद्यार्थी साहित्यिक कार्यशाळा." Uday Wankawala, CEO of AIC-RMP, delivered a session during the workshop, focusing on startups and the facilities offered by the incubation center. His talk aimed to inspire participants and introduce them to the world of entrepreneurship and innovation.

Uday Wankawala, CEO of Atal Incubation Centre - Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini (AIC-RMP), was invited as a speaker on January 30th, 2024, to address students on the topic of Entrepreneurship & Incubation Center. The session was organized for students of the Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership (IIDL). Uday Wankawala's session provided students with valuable insights into the world of entrepreneurship and the role of incubation centers in nurturing startups and fostering innovation. On February 3rd, 2024, AIC-RMP had the privilege of hosting esteemed members of the Navi Mumbai Citizen Foundation (NMCF) for an Exposure Visit. The visit was a testament to the strong partnership and support between AIC-RMP and NMCF. The day commenced with a heartfelt expression of gratitude from AIC-RMP to the NMCF members for their unwavering support during the Aakansha ki Udaan Conclave. The event was marked by the felicitation of students from Welingkar Institute, acknowledging their contributions to the conclave's success. During the visit, NMCF members were briefed about the work of AIC-RMP, including its incubation process and the range of facilities available at Rambhau Mhalgi Probodhni. The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Entrepreneurship Ecosystem was held at the esteemed Dr. V. N. Bedekar Institute Campus, Thane as the event garnered significant interest from faculty members. Dr. Radha Iyer (Professor, K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Rese arch), an esteemed speaker and expert in entrepreneurship, delved into the intricacies of idea generation and the process of converting ideas into successful startups. The Ideabaaj Conclave 2024, organized by AIC-Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini Foundation and Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini in collaboration with FINNAPP held on 14th-15th March, 2024 at RMP Uttan Campus.
